3. Start massaging the skin using linear movements from bottom to top. Treat each area for approximately 2 minutes.
4. For optimal results, repeat the treatment 2-3 times a week. Regular use will help reduce cellulite and improve the appearance of the skin over time.
Note: Redness and bruising may occur after the treatment. This is completely normal and is due to the stimulation of the connective tissue and the removal of waste products to the surface. These marks will quickly disappear.

Patience and persistence make all the difference
I bought my Nurovella Curve back in January and used it daily at first, but not for very long in each area. My family has really poor connective tissue, and even though I'm 180cm tall and weigh 65kg, I've struggled massively with bumpy skin for the last 20 years (I'm now 54). Especially my lower legs and above the knee — I actually haven't worn shorts in years despite living in Southern France. After the first couple of months I didn't feel like it was progressing much, so I changed my approach. Instead of using the machine loosely, I started going over each area 10 times per treatment. It takes about 30 minutes for both legs, but wow, what a difference. After just 2 months, I'm wearing short running shorts on my walks. Stick with it, do it every day, and you'll be rewarded.

I've used the product on and off for 2 months (2-3 times a week) on my thighs, and I can see a difference. Yes, it hurts a little, but it gets better over time — you decide exactly how much suction, how hard you press, and how slow you move. I haven't had any bruises and the redness fades quickly.
No improvement after 5 weeks
I've now used my cellulite device on my thighs for 5 weeks — 5 times a week x 6 minutes per thigh, and unfortunately I'm not seeing any improvement. I'll give it a couple more weeks, but if nothing changes, I'll return it within the 60 days that Nurovella promises.
