Order processing and shipping

At Nurovella we process orders Monday to Friday.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after they are placed and are shipped out immediately after processing. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends.

During periods of high demand for one or more products, processing time may take up to 8 business days. However, we always do our best to make sure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Delivery time to France, Norway and Sweden: 7 to 12 business days after your order has shipped.*

*Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carriers or public holidays. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has shipped.
